1. Free Sales Funnel Audit
We review your website, Google Business Profile and social channels, and map the path a prospect takes from finding you to booking. Within 3 working days you receive the 3 most significant issues and a short video explaining them. The audit also tells you where the problem sits: in the execution (the funnel exists but underperforms) or in the strategy (the offer or positioning needs work first).
Free. 5 per week, for trading businesses with a location or an online booking flow.

Incomplete Google profile, missing follow-up sequence, a booking process with too many steps, social channels that don’t lead anywhere. We implement the fixes identified in the audit. Fixed scope and price agreed before work starts. Most packages are a few days of work; larger ones run up to 4 weeks.

Strategy
Marketing Strategy Sprint
5 working sessions on the strategy behind your marketing. Session 1 goes through the audit and the strategy side of your business: pricing, positioning, messaging. Sessions 2 to 5 cover audience, offer, message and promotion, one each, with decisions documented after every session. By the end you have a reviewed, complete marketing strategy you can execute yourself or hand to us.

Not sure it’s for you? Book session 1 on its own for €250 / $290. If you continue within 30 days, it’s deducted in full.

We run marketing for the business on an ongoing basis, or work alongside your existing team (a social media manager, an agency) with a focus on performance: strategy, systems, funnel, and sales enablement for your team. For businesses that need both routes above, or need them every month. 3-month minimum.
